Archaeological Museum is established in college to promote the wider knowledge, appreciation and enjoyment of the art, to investigate natural and cultural environment, monuments, tangible and intangible heritage and to supplement purposefully acquisitions of museum`s collection for maintenance of historical memory.

It encourages involvement of students in maintenance, upkeep and beautification of archaeological remains, artefacts, preservation of cultural properties as per the syllabus.

A museum should strive to convey as much as visually through reconstruction drawings, models, dioramas, and so forth rather than through text. Maintain and strengthen its focus on the diverse culture of India. To meet this vision, the objective of the Museum is effective research, documentation, and presentation of historical artefacts, and the development of activities aimed at stimulating interest in culture and the arts.
